This study about how to detect fake news on social media and it helps social media users to identify the mechanisms and psychology of fake news to explore methods for assessing and avoiding the risk of spreading it. تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى دراسة تأثير تقييم الأداء علي جودة الخدمة بالتطبيق على مستشفى ود مدني التعليمي بولاية الجزيرة، أجريت الدراسة على عاملين مستشفى ود مدني التعليمي بولاية الجزيرة، ولتحقيق هذا الهدف اعتمدت الدراسة على الاستبانة كأداة تم أعدادها لقياس متغيرات الدراسة، حيث جمعت البيانات من عينة غير احتمالية، حيث تم توزيع (90) مفردة وتم توزيع عدد (80) استبانة صالحة للتحليل بنسبة (88.8%).

يعتبر عقد الفرنشايز وعقد الوكالة بالعمولة من العقود التجارية الهامة، حيث يُعد عقد الفرنشايز من العقود الحديثة نسبياً، ظهر لمواكبة تطورالعلاقات التكنولوجية والتجارية، ويحقق العقدان فوائد جمة؛ خصوصاً من الناحية الإقتصادية ونفع كبير لشتى الدول وخاصةً النامية منها، ورغم أن عقد الفرنشايز -أو ما قد يسميه البعض بعقد الامتياز التجاري- يتمتع باستقلالية ذاتية وبطبيعة قانونية خاصة تميزه عن باقي العقود إلا أنه قد يشتبه مع غيره من العقود، الأمر الذي يخلق إشكاليات قانونية عديدة، ومن أهم العقود التي قد تختلط به هو عقد الوكالة بالعمولة

أساسيات بناء المرتكزات الإيمانية والتعبدية في النشء المسلم
يعد إعداد الأجيال من أصعب أنواع الإعداد، وذلك لطول فترته الزمنية حيث يستهلك ربع الحياة تقريباً، ويحتاج كذلك إلى كثير من الخبرات والمهارات وتقويم السلوكيات وغرس القيم والأفكار، وأول ما ينبغي عليه هو التوجيه الاعتقادي والإيماني للنشء بربطه بحب الله تعالى وتعظيمه، وبعدها تبيين الطريق الواصل لله تعالى من خلال عبادته بتبسيط أمر العبادة بسهولتها وعدم تعقيدها، وتيسير الفهم بالتركيز على القضايا الكبرى، وعدم إغراقه بالتفاصيل والجزئيات، وينبغي إيجاد القدوة الصالحة ومنبعها السيرة النبوية.
